How long will my order take? 

• The product processing time is 1-3 business days. Once your order is shipped it can take up to 5-7 business days. Please note that this does not include holidays. Your patience is truly appreciated! 

Due to the COVID-19 crisis, please allow up to an extra 3 days. Thank you for your understanding and please stay safe!

Lost package?

• AK Beauty is not responsible for any lost packages. Once your package leaves our facility, we no longer have control over the packages and USPS is now responsible. 
  

Incorrect shipping information?

• AK Beauty is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly due to incorrect information provided by the customer at the time the order is placed. Please double check your address before confirming your order. If a package is returned to AK Beauty due to an incorrect shipping address provided, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery cost and we will issue a refund for the products the customer did not receive; please note that all original shipping costs are non refundable.
