What is your returns and exchanges policy?

Due to health and safety precautions, and the nature of our products- *ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

  • If a product is missing or damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 72 hours of receiving your order to be eligible for a replacement. Customer must provide photos of the issue, including packing slip.

Can I cancel an order and get a refund?

  • We advise that you read the description of any product carefully before purchasing. Once an order has been placed we cannot adjust, cancel nor refund any order.
